  18.      The Leukemia Society of America has et up a nationwide toll-free number
  19. for the public and medical professionals to request information and brochures
  20. about leukemia and related disorders.  A variety of brochures are available by
  21. calling 1-800-955-4LSA.  The brochures cover the Leukemia Society's program
  22. for patients and their families, and give information about leukemia,
  23. lymphoma, Hodgkin's Disease, and multiple myeloma.  Free brochures are also
  24. available about treatment regimens such as chemotherapy and bone marrow
  25. transplantation, as well as special booklets containing information for
  26. parents of children with leukemia, and emotional support for adults living
  27. with leukemia and lymphoma.  There is also a coloring book for children
  28. affected by the disease, which you might want to put under your Christmas
  29. Tree.  Callers to this new information Hotline can also request to be added to
  30. the mailing list and receive the Society's free bimonthly national newsletter,
  31. as well as finding out the location of the nearest Leukemia Society of America
  32. chapter office, and how to become a volunteer or make a donation.
